Pre-registration Deadline pass

 Pre-registration is recommended because we want to arrange the conference well.
 Please register along with sending the pre-registration form to the conference secretary icms2015matsumotoregister@gmail.com before September 18, 2015. 

 “Pre-registered” persons will be discounted in the participation fee. 

・Pre-registered participants from overseas should pay the discounted fee by cash (JPY) on site (the conference desk).

・Pre-registered domestic participants should pay the discounted fee by postal transfer (Yubin-hurikae)  before September 18, 2015.  If not, the participants are not considered as “pre-registered person”.

Students: ¥29,000 (JPY)

The fees include scientific program (oral and poster sessions), welcome party and banquet, and excurtion.

Accompanying persons: ¥10,000 (JPY)

The fee includes welcome party and banquet, and excursion.

Non-pre-registration

 Non-pre-registered participants come to the registration desk at the conference and pay the participant fee there by cash (JPY).

General participants: ¥59,000 (JPY)

Students: ¥35,000 (JPY)

The fees include scientific program (oral and poster sessions), welcome party and banquet, and excurtion.

Accompanying persons: ¥15,000 (JPY)

The fee includes welcome party and banquet, and excursion.

Attention: We issue a receipt for submitted pre-registration by e-mail. If you do not get a response after 1 week from submit, please contact to next addresses.
